The Dolphins employed a second-round pick in 2019 to acquire quarterback Josh Rosen, when standout Seattle Seahawks receiver D.K. Metcalf was on the board. Even with 12 draft picks in 2020, the Dolphins obtained Bowden, a 3rd-spherical pick, in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders.
